Dividend

The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI) board has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 3.5 per equity share for FY25-26. The record date to determine eligible shareholders is February 17, 2026. This dividend, totaling approximately Rs 163.03 Cr, will be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days from its declaration.

This move provides direct shareholder return.
