For 9MFY26, revenue hit ₹3,770 Cr (-4% YoY), PAT ₹521 Cr (-12% YoY), and EBITDA margin held steady at 22%. The company is aggressively expanding its core iron ore mining (from 2.35 to 6 MnTPA) and pellet plant capacity (now 4.7 MnT after new plant commissioning). Big moves include diversifying into a 0.7 MnT CRM Complex for new steel products and a 20 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.
Strategic investments in 540 MW solar power projects are set to optimize costs and drive sustainability towards a Net Zero goal by 2050. Management is upbeat on these initiatives for future value creation.
