A group of seven acquirers has launched an open offer to acquire up to 14,19,700 shares of Nirbhay Colours India Limited at ₹10 per share, totaling approximately ₹1.42 Cr.

This follows their agreement to acquire a 20.13% stake for ₹67.43 Lakh.

The acquirers aim to become promoters, identify new growth opportunities, and provide managerial experience and capital support.

Post-offer, their combined holding could reach about 71.04%. An independent directors' committee will provide its assessment of the offer.
