M&B Engineering posted stellar Q3 & 9M FY26 results, achieving its highest ever consolidated revenue.

Q3 revenue grew 7% YoY to ₹352 Cr, while 9M revenue surged 33% YoY to ₹896 Cr.

Exports showed strong traction, reaching ₹63.17 Cr in Q3, notably in North America.

The unexecuted order book is robust at ₹1,059 Cr, up 38% YoY, with PEBs (Phenix) making up 77%. Q3 order inflows jumped 86% YoY to ₹480 Cr, boosted by a single largest export order of ₹212 Cr from the US.

Financially, Q3 EBITDA rose 29.6% to ₹43.54 Cr (12.4% margin) and PAT soared 43.8% to ₹25.49 Cr (7.3% margin). For 9M, EBITDA grew 25.6% to ₹114.04 Cr (12.7% margin) and PAT was up 35.2% to ₹65.64 Cr (7.3% margin). Management is confident in hitting FY26 annual guidance: topline around ₹1250 Cr and EBITDA margin near 12.75%. Strategic investments in capacity and operations (₹12 Cr capex) position the company for future growth in emerging sectors like renewables, warehousing, and railways.
