Nibe Limited has acquired an additional 48.95% stake in Nibe Meson Naval Limited for Rs 0.04895 Cr, bringing its total ownership to 99.95%. Nibe Meson Naval specializes in manufacturing fluid control equipment like valves and pumps.

This strategic move aims to consolidate management control and enhance strategic decision-making flexibility within this key sector.

While Nibe gains near-full operational control, Nibe Meson Naval reported a net loss of Rs 0.125 Cr for FY25.
