The Ramco Cements Limited's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months.

Standalone Net Profit after tax for the quarter was 386.91 Cr, with Total Income at 2,119.10 Cr.

Consolidated Net Profit after tax stood at 385.63 Cr, from Total Income of 2,122.86 Cr.

These profits include significant exceptional gains, partly due to one-time impacts from a new Social Security Code and asset sales.

The company continues to contest a 258.63 Cr Competition Commission of India (CCI) penalty, having deposited 25.86 Cr, and has made no further provision.
