MPS Limited's US subsidiary, MPS NA LLC, has completed the strategic acquisition of Unbound Medicine, Inc., USA.

Valued at USD 16.50 million (approx ₹137 Cr), this deal secures a 100% stake in the US-based firm.

Unbound Medicine, Inc., USA now operates as a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, significantly enhancing MPS's North American market presence and expanding its specialized product portfolio.

This integration is expected to strengthen MPS's technological offerings and accelerate its growth trajectory within key markets.
