Financial Results Updates

Samvardhana Motherson International's Board approved its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. For the quarter, revenue from operations was ₹31,409.39 Cr, generating a profit of ₹1,072.27 Cr.

Over the nine-month period, revenue reached ₹91,794.36 Cr with a profit of ₹2,523.99 Cr.

The company reported ₹46.48 Cr in exceptional expenses, mainly due to employee benefits re-assessment and European operational restructuring.

Shareholders had previously approved a 1:2 bonus share issue, increasing paid-up capital to ₹1,055 Cr.
