Financial Results Updates

Afcons Infrastructure's Board has approved its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Standalone revenue was ₹2,973.74 Cr and profit after tax was ₹105.18 Cr for the quarter.

Consolidated revenue was ₹2,975.77 Cr with profit after tax of ₹96.81 Cr.

The Board also approved the reclassification of 29 entities from 'Promoter Group' to 'Public Shareholder' category, subject to stock exchange approvals.

This move could increase public float.

An exceptional charge of ₹76.51 Cr was recorded due to new Labour Codes.
