Shree Rama Multi-Tech clarified it can't consolidate financials because its Mauritius subsidiary is defunct and untraceable since 2005. Accounts haven't been prepared since 2003. The company already fully provided for the ~0.03 Cr investment years ago.

This re-affirms previous disclosures, with no impact on reported figures.
