IRCON International's board has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 1.20 per equity share for FY2025-26. Shareholders as of February 17, 2026, will receive this payout, with payments starting February 25, 2026. This is a direct return to investors.

The company's board also approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, standalone net profit after tax stood at Rs. 91.18 crore, while consolidated net profit after tax was Rs. 99.85 crore.
