Nibe Ordnance and Maritime Limited's Board of Directors has enacted significant leadership changes.

Mr. Ravi Kant, boasting over three decades of experience in ordnance production, including serving as the first Chairman & MD of Munitions India Limited, has been appointed as an Additional Director (Executive Director) for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Concurrently, Mr. Mahesh Panwar has resigned from his position as Whole-time Director due to personal reasons.
