Mr. Hanumant Mandale has resigned from the CFO position, citing the integration of MCIL and FIL.

The company has appointed Mr. Mohit Mangal as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Mangal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and MBA in Finance, bringing over 24 years of extensive experience, including more than 11 years in CFO leadership roles.
