Record Date

Bharat Forge has declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share (100%). To be eligible for this payout, shareholders must hold shares by the record date, Wednesday, February 18, 2026. The dividend will be disbursed on or before Thursday, March 12, 2026. The company also released its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, and approved the re-appointment of two Whole-Time Directors.
