Divgi TTS posted record Q3FY26 & 9MFY26 total income, up 68% YoY to 96.3 Cr and 48% YoY to 261.4 Cr.
This stellar growth, surpassing previous full-year figures, was driven by robust transfer case and components volumes, particularly exports.
Q3 EBITDA soared 72% YoY to 23.4 Cr, with PAT skyrocketing 125% YoY to 11.8 Cr, thanks to an improved product mix.
EV segment remained soft.
Strategic wins include exclusive transfer case orders from M&M and Tata Motors for Indonesian Pik-Up platforms (~35,000 units each, starting CY26). A distribution pact with Toyota Tsusho expands global reach.
DTTS also developed a transfer case PoC for a Japanese OEM (SOP H1FY28) and is eyeing a North American manufacturing footprint.
Management anticipates sustained momentum, healthy margins, and a robust order pipeline.
Components remain a key growth engine (+117% YoY in 9MFY26). Long-term outlook projects potential annual revenues of 1,500+ Cr from BEV, exports, and new transmission products.
