Alkem Labs saw robust Q3 FY26 performance with revenue up 10.7% YoY to ₹3,736.8 Cr.
India sales grew 5.5% to ₹2,495.9 Cr, outperforming the Indian Pharma Market in key acute and chronic segments.
International sales surged 26.6% to ₹1,215.7 Cr, boosted by strong US growth (+18.8% to ₹753.3 Cr) and non-US markets (+41.6% to ₹462.4 Cr). EBITDA rose 9.0% to ₹828 Cr (22.2% margin), and Net Profit hit ₹636 Cr (+1.6%), with EPS at ₹53.2. A key strategic move was acquiring a majority stake in Occlutech Holding AG, a global medical device firm for cardiac implants.
This expands Alkem's MedTech presence, eyed as a significant future growth driver alongside its Biotech arm.
Management plans to launch GLP-1 semaglutide in March 2026 as another major growth catalyst.
The company is focused on execution, strengthening its product portfolio, and long-term competitiveness, confidently targeting full-year guidance.
Net cash stood at ₹5,590 Cr.
