The Digital business vertical surged 14% YoY to ~Rs 98.4 Cr, driven by the Platform segment which grew 33% YoY to ~Rs 71 Cr.

The company onboarded 798 publishers, and direct content in its repository reached 1.15 million books.

Gross margins remained stable at ~42%. Consolidated EBITDA stood at ~Rs 11.6 Cr, with PBT turning positive at Rs 0.78 Cr against a loss in Q2. A major recent update is the binding MOU to sell its non-operational Mahape property for Rs 282 Cr, boosting liquidity.
