Company Update

Arnold Holdings has published its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the quarter, total income from operations was ₹38.04 Cr, with a net profit after tax of ₹1.51 Cr, and basic EPS of ₹2.54. For the nine-month period, total income reached ₹121.32 Cr, net profit after tax was ₹6.40 Cr, and basic EPS was ₹2.69. The company's equity share capital stands at ₹23.78 Cr.

These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on February 13, 2026.
