Committee Meeting Updates

Spacenet Enterprises' Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 2.60 lakh new stock options to eligible employees under the Spacenet Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021. Concurrently, the company allotted 16.32 lakh fully paid-up equity shares at Re.

1/- each to employees who exercised their stock options under the same scheme.

This move increases the total issued shares to 56.77 Cr.

The committee also noted that 5.87 lakh options had lapsed.

This action boosts employee incentives and expands the company's equity base.
