Sigachi Industries reported a challenging Q3 FY26, with revenue from operations at Rs. 117.2 Cr, marking a 15.92% YoY decline.
The company posted a net loss of Rs. 0.016 Cr, a sharp decline from profit last year.
For the nine-month period, it recorded a significant net loss of Rs. 90.5 Cr, primarily impacted by exceptional items of Rs. 117.1 Cr.
The MD & CEO acknowledged internal review processes and a focus on strengthening safety, operations, and governance.
Despite the quarterly dip, management highlights stable plant operations, supply chains, and strong customer demand, signaling core business resilience and a long-term growth outlook.
Sigachi is actively expanding its MCC capacity by 12,000 MTPA at Dahej-2, aiming for a total of 30,000 MTPA, and has operationalized a new API R&D Center in Hyderabad.
This reinforces its strategy to introduce value-added and margin-accretive products.
