Lexus Granito (India) Limited reported revenue of ₹105.56 Cr for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, marking a 4.15% increase year-over-year.

Net profit for the quarter was ₹4.24 Cr, a modest decline of 2.53% compared to ₹4.35 Cr in the same quarter last year.

EPS also slightly dipped to ₹0.20 from ₹0.21 YoY.

While revenue saw slight growth, profitability faced headwinds, leading to a minor profit contraction despite higher sales.

The company also completed a preferential issue during the quarter, converting warrants into equity shares, raising ₹1.02 Cr as part of a larger ₹11.25 Cr fundraise mainly for loan repayment and working capital.

Overall, the results reflect mixed financial momentum, with revenue growth but slight pressure on the bottom line.
