International Gemmological Institute (India) (IGI India), through its US subsidiary, IGI USA, has completed the 100% acquisition of AGL Holdco Inc., which includes the indirect acquisition of American Gemological Laboratories LLC (AGL). This strategic move establishes AGL Holdco Inc. and AGL as step-down wholly-owned subsidiaries of IGI India.

The acquisition is set to strengthen IGI India's global footprint, particularly in the crucial US market, and expand its comprehensive portfolio of gemological laboratory services, enhancing its core business capabilities.
