For the first nine months (9M FY26), revenue was up 14.99% YoY to 814.22 Cr, and EBITDA grew 18.01% to 31.06 Cr.

However, Q3 PAT dipped 51.60% YoY to 1.66 Cr, impacted by revenue per tonne pressure despite effective cost controls.

Strategically, VSTL is shifting focus to high-margin, value-added infrastructure products like crash barriers and transmission line towers, targeting a 75:25 product mix by FY28. Exports are set to grow tenfold in five years.

Recent developments include commissioning Unit III in Odisha for Transmission Line Tower manufacturing and doubling Telangana GI capacity.

Management is positive on India's infrastructure growth, aiming for an approximate 50% revenue upside by FY28 and better margins.

Strong partnerships and the Odisha plant's cost advantage underpin this outlook.
