Safari Industries signed a 20-year licensing deal with Carlton Retail for the "CARLTON" luggage brand in India.

Deal includes 0.45 Cr/5% net sales fees, a 99.50 Cr refundable security deposit, and special rights for Carlton Retail, expanding Safari's market reach.
