Paras Defence and Space Technologies has completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in Himanshi Thermal Solutions Private Limited for Rs. 0.0049 Cr.

Himanshi Thermal specializes in manufacturing liquid cold plates for space and airborne applications and provides vacuum heat treatment services.

This strategic move aims to expand PARAS's product portfolio and enhance its capabilities in the aerospace and high-technology sectors, opening new growth avenues.

Himanshi Thermal will now operate as an Associate Company, strengthening PARAS's footprint in thermal management and precision engineering.
