EIH Associated Hotels saw a mixed Q3 FY26 with a slight dip in revenue to ₹129.5 Cr (down from ₹133.0 Cr year-on-year) but impressive profit growth.
EBITDA rose by 8% to ₹62.4 Cr, and PAT increased 2% to ₹40.7 Cr, reflecting strong operational efficiency.
For the nine-month period, revenue was ₹256.6 Cr, while EBITDA grew 6% to ₹83.4 Cr and PAT jumped 9% to ₹49.6 Cr.
The company consistently outperformed the industry in RevPAR growth.
Looking ahead, EIH Associated Hotels is strategically expanding its footprint.
Key projects include a new Trident hotel in Vishakhapatnam (125 keys, ₹160 Cr capex, opening March 2027), a significant renovation of Trident Jaipur (127 keys, ₹156 Cr capex, opening January 2027), and a new banquet facility at Trident Agra (₹29 Cr capex, opening April 2027). These initiatives underscore the company's commitment to future growth and capacity enhancement despite moderating domestic travel demand.
