Nurture Well Industries announced its board approved the allotment of 4.06 Crore convertible warrants at Rs. 28.25 each, including a Rs. 27.25 premium.

The company has received 25% of the total consideration.

These warrants can be converted into an equivalent number of equity shares within 18 months upon payment of the remaining 75%. Allottees include the promoter group, receiving 2 Crore warrants, and non-promoter groups, receiving 2.06 Crore warrants.

This move brings immediate capital into the company and paves the way for future equity infusion without immediately altering the current capital structure.
