Matrimony.com has completed its share buyback via a tender offer, extinguishing 8,93,129 equity shares.

The tendering period for the buyback concluded on February 11, 2026, with the shares extinguished on February 23, 2026. This action reduced the company's total paid-up equity capital from ₹10.78 Cr to ₹10.34 Cr.

Post-buyback, the outstanding equity shares decreased from 2.15 crore to 2.07 crore, increasing the promoter's stake from 54.61% to 56.96%.
