This fundraising initiative secured ₹107 crore for the company.

Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹201,269,890 to ₹205,549,890. This move strengthens the company's financial position, supporting its operations and future growth plans, with shares issued to eligible institutional buyers.
