Avio Smart Market Stack's board approved revising investment terms with Huwel Lifesciences.

This includes a ₹15 Cr investment for a 4.25% equity stake and a strategic collaboration, entitling Avio to 40% of net project revenue from facilitated projects.

A Share Subscription cum Shareholders’ Agreement was also approved.
