AVT Natural Products declared an interim dividend of Re 0.35/share.

For the quarter and nine months, consolidated revenue reached ₹197.44 Cr and net profit was ₹17.37 Cr.

The company also made a ₹2.20 Cr provision for the estimated impact of Labour Code changes.
