Bharat Forge has revised the record date for interest payment on its 7.80% Non-Convertible Debentures.

The record date, which determines eligibility for the interest payout, is now March 5, 2026, an earlier date than the previously announced March 6, 2026. Consequently, the interest payment date has also been updated to March 20, 2026, from March 23, 2026. Debenture holders should note these earlier dates for eligibility.
