MRPL's Board has declared an Interim Dividend of ₹4 per equity share (40% of face value) for FY 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares as of March 11, 2026, will be eligible for this payout.

The dividend is slated for distribution by April 02, 2026, directly rewarding investors.

Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s Kumar Naresh Sinha & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval, strengthening governance.
