Signoria Creation has completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Herble Prints Private Limited for ₹3.06 Cr.

This strategic move aims to significantly expand Signoria's textile business through backward integration.

Herble Prints, which specializes in textile printing and reported a turnover of ₹27.91 Cr in FY25, now becomes a subsidiary.

This acquisition is set to bolster Signoria's capabilities and market presence, both domestically and internationally, enhancing its overall business strategy.
