Kernex Microsystems has formed a Joint Venture with Bharat Heavy Engineering Private Limited (Kernex 51%, BHEL 49%). This JV aims to develop advanced rail signaling systems, including Moving Block and Kavach, significantly enhancing their railway technology portfolio.
