California Software Company Limited's Monitoring Committee reported on its Rights Issue call money collection.

The committee, designated as the Audit Committee, confirmed that First and Final Call Money for ₹7.50 per share has been received for 81,55,826 partly paid equity shares.

This totals ₹6.12 Cr, verified by the statutory auditor.

The company plans to convert these 81,55,826 shares into fully paid-up shares, pending necessary approvals.

The committee will continue monitoring the remaining 3,82,15,492 partly paid shares and oversee the utilisation of the Rights Issue proceeds.

This ensures proper capitalisation and transparency for shareholders.
