Ram's Assorted Cold Storage Limited (RASCL), a promoter group entity of Suryo Foods & Industries Limited, has significantly increased its stake.

Through a rights issue, RASCL acquired 1,429,914 new equity shares at ₹20 each.

This acquisition raises RASCL's total holding to 1,444,914 shares, now representing 20.85% of Suryo Foods' voting capital, up from 0.38%. Consequently, Suryo Foods' total equity capital expanded from ₹3.96 Cr to ₹6.93 Cr.

This action by a key promoter group member consolidates their ownership in Suryo Foods.
