SHK will sell its 17% stake in CFF Keva Italy S.p.A. to its wholly-owned subsidiary Keva Italy Srl for up to Euro 12.5 Million.

This streamlines the group structure, making CFF a 100% owned entity.

CFF contributed Rs. 358.04 Cr revenue.
