Valor Estate Limited's promoter, Neelkamal Tower Construction LLP, pledged 2 crore equity shares (3.69% of total share capital) on March 9 & 10, 2026. These shares were pledged to Capri Global Capital Limited to secure a financial facility for DB View Infracon Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valor Estate.

This transaction increases the promoter's total encumbered shares in Valor Estate from 7.71% to 11.39% of the company's total share capital (now 6.18 crore shares). Investors should note this increase in promoter pledged holdings as a factor related to their financial leverage.
