AXISCADES Technologies is set to fully acquire Cades Studec Technologies India (CSTI) by purchasing the remaining 24% stake for USD 1,500,000. This move will make CSTI, a provider of technical documentation for Aerospace, Automotive, and Renewable Energy sectors, a wholly-owned subsidiary.

The acquisition strengthens AXISCADES' core business in technical publications, tapping into CSTI's robust solutions.

CSTI reported a turnover of approximately Rs. 19.85 crore for FY24-25, highlighting its significant contribution to the growing sector.

This strategic step enhances operational synergy and growth potential.
