Tech Mahindra, via its subsidiary, has acquired the remaining 20% stake in Tech Mahindra Arabia Limited from Midad Company Limited.

The deal, valued at SAR 83.7 million (approx. Rs. 206.2 Cr), increases Tech Mahindra's ownership in its Saudi Arabian subsidiary to 100%. This strategic move grants full control over Tech Mahindra Arabia, which specializes in digital system integration and consulting services for the energy, utilities, banking, and telecom sectors in KSA.

The acquisition strengthens Tech Mahindra's market position and operational integration in a key Middle Eastern growth region.
