Onelife Capital Advisors Limited's Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 2.4 crore Rights Equity Shares.

Each share has a face value of ₹10 and was issued at ₹15, including a ₹5 premium.

This allotment significantly increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹13.36 crore (consisting of 1.336 crore shares) to ₹37.36 crore (consisting of 3.736 crore shares). This move expands the company's equity base, strengthening its financial position.
