Dalmia Bharat's subsidiary, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, is acquiring a 26% stake in Ventora Energy Private Limited for Rs 4.42 Cr.

This strategic move secures 8.1 MW of captive wind power in Tamil Nadu, directly boosting Dalmia's renewable energy sourcing.

It's a key step towards their ambitious goals of achieving RE 100 by 2030 and becoming carbon negative by 2040, enhancing their green footprint.
