TIL Limited's Rights Issue Committee has approved the final terms for its upcoming Rights Issue.

The company plans to issue 1,20,91,760 partly paid-up equity shares, aiming to raise up to ₹199.51 Cr.

The Rights Issue is scheduled to open on March 30 and close on April 8. Eligible shareholders will receive their rights entitlements before the issue opens, with specific deadlines also set for on-market renunciation and off-market transfers.
