Rithwik Facility Management Services Limited has completed the 100% disinvestment of its subsidiary, Rithwik Indus Power Private Limited, on March 23, 2026. The company received Rs. 0.20 Cr as consideration for this sale.

Notably, Rithwik Indus Power contributed NIL to Rithwik's turnover, revenue, or net worth in the last financial year, suggesting minimal impact on the parent company's core operations.

The buyers, Rishabh Infopark Private Limited and Hanudev Infopark Private Limited, are not part of the promoter or promoter group.
