Pledge/Unpledge

Jubilant Ingrevia's promoter group, through the Hari Shanker Bhartia and Shyam Sunder Bhartia Family Trusts, has pledged an additional 4 lakh shares (0.26% of total capital). These shares act as security for a loan from Bajaj Finance to Jubilant Enpro Private Limited, a related entity.

With this, the combined pledged holding by these trusts rises to 55 lakh shares, representing 3.46% of the company's total equity.

This increases the promoter's overall encumbered shares.
