Manas Properties has appointed Ms. Khushboo Maheshwari as its new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

This key management change was approved by the Board following an evaluation by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Ms. Maheshwari, an Associate Member of ICSI with a B.Com (Honours), brings experience in corporate secretarial functions and compliance.
