Capri Global Capital is undertaking a public issue of secured NCDs.

The initial Tranche I issue aims to raise ₹100 Cr, with an option for oversubscription up to ₹400 Cr, totaling ₹500 Cr.

This is part of a larger ₹2,000 Cr shelf limit.

These debentures will be listed on BSE.
