This strategic amalgamation became effective on March 31, 2026, following the filing of the scheme's order with authorities.

The move consolidates the company's structure by fully integrating AP Polymers, which is now dissolved.

This internal restructuring aims for enhanced operational efficiency and simplified administration.

For existing shareholders, there is no dilution, as it involves the merger of a fully-owned entity.
