Tashi India Limited's board has approved significant changes to its independent director composition.

Three Non-Executive Independent Directors – Shri Rohit Hargovind Bajaj, Shri Sunil Hargovind Bajaj, and Shri Sunilchandra Brindawan Agrawal – have ceased their roles effective March 31, having completed their second consecutive terms.

Simultaneously, Mr. Monal Malji joins as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, also effective March 31. His appointment is temporary until the next Annual General Meeting, pending shareholder approval.

This move updates the company's governance structure.
